I spoke to Rafa who quoted me $20 dls per page. I mentioned that the Apostille page hardly had any content to it. He stated that words didn't matter it was per page. So I went to an address in which this company doesn't even exist, just borrowing another company's physical address and left four pages I needed translated. Lupita stated that I should get an email within 48hrs confirming receipt of documents and a quote. Since I didn't receive any confirmation of receipt within the 48 hrs as I was told, I called them again and spoke with Rafa again. Now he says it's going to be $140 dls because of the number of words. Should have paid attention to the HUGE RED FLAGS first of all a business borrowing another's physical address is not good. And to think that I initially went with this company because of having more reviews with a better rating.
